North Queensland Outboard Wreckers was established during the last century to provide all anglers and boaties with a comprehensive selection of replacement used parts for their outboard engines. Centrally located in Townsville the operation consisted of a small shed with a selection of all major parts and staff who really knew their stuff when it came to repair and maintenance of all the popular outboards.

This valuable and unique service was quickly recognized firstly by all the locals and as word spread the boys found themselves shipping engine parts to other regional centres of Northern Australia along with increased activity from all over Australia.

The enormous growth of North Queensland Outboards necessitated a move to larger and more modern facilities and under the helm of Noel Gravener we see the boys providing after market new parts to fully service the growing demand of all fisho's and boaties.
